Lauren: senior || chicago, il baby & graduate photographer

Here are more pictures of dear, lovely Lauren.  The first day we choose for Lauren's photoshoot was super cold, and I ended up being sick.  So, we re-scheduled for a few days later, and the weather ended up being PERFECT!!  We were very blessed.  God knew best.  :)

The leaves were turning, the air was warm with only a slight cool breeze.  The perfect weather for a grad shoot.

Now let me tell you a little about Lauren.  Lauren and I went to a photography class together back in April.  For both of us, it was our first plane ride without our parents.  In the words of Samwise Gamgee, "This is the farthest away from home... I've ever been".  ;)  Our trip was to the magnificent mountains of Colorado.  Pikes Peak was right out of our front door.  Talk about the Majesty and wonder I felt being so close to those beautiful mountains!  We were even more then close, we were in-between them, nestled right up against them.  Spending a week with each other gave us a bond of friendship that I don't think any storm could break.

Lauren is a shy gal.  But rivers run deep in her.  Breaking through the surface to get to know the true Lauren was my mission.  ;)  She is a kind and thoughtful person.  And SO very fun to be around!  My goodness we had some laughs!

And did I mention that she is a photographer as well?  Check out her blog. http://laurenraephotos.blogspot.com/

Lauren, keep being the awesome person that you are, and have a great senior year!  I have enjoyed our friendship in so many ways.  You make me smile.
