~florida moon~

Here are a few pictures of the moon rising over the ocean.  It was so pretty out when I took these.

Quiet and still, except for the crash of ocean waves.

Growling and singing in their deep, crisp voices.

Peaceful.  Midnight beauty.  Sky's wraping around me like rich velvet, soft and warm. Wispy gray clouds on the horizon.

Millions of stars smiling down at me, laughing with me, letting me in on their little secrets.

How I love to look up at them.  They are the twinkle in my Lords eye.  The sparkle of promises, and hope.

I feel the nearness of God, when I stand there alone with Him.  Joy spreads through me like fire in the hearth.

Little beacons of grace.  Little glowing fairies, dancing and twinkling in their mirth.

Warm salty air kisses my cheek.  Blowing soft tresses of hair, tickling my face.

Oh, how I love you dear ocean.  A gift from my lovely Jesus.  Who blesses me with this beauty that He has created.

~*Fun in the sun*~

My family and I had the wonderful opportunity to visit my grandparents in Florida.  We didn't know till right before we had to leave if we were even going to be able to go.  Through many prayers, and patience, He blessed us with this visit to paradise.

I hope you enjoyed seeing a glimpse into one of my favorite places on earth!  I have part two of pictures coming soon!

Twas a beautiful day today~~

Today was an extremely beautiful day!  I couldn't believe how wonderful it was outside!  I do wish I could have gotten out in it a bit, maybe tomorrow will be just as nice!

I love the color of wheat.  It makes for some awesome pictures.  I always love photo shoots done in wheat or long grass fields.  Now, I think my pictures are just long grasses, but it does remind me of wheat, the same coloring.  And I LOVE it!!  I really do enjoy nature photography.   I love capturing Gods creations.  He has made so many wonderful things for us to enjoy, and drink in.
We just need to look.

I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications.  Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.
Ps. 116:1-2

Love sought is good, but given unsought, is better.    ~ William Shakespeare

The Lord is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation.
Ps. 118:14

You number my wanderings; Put my tears into Your bottle; Are they not in Your book?
Ps. 56:8

Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.  God is the LORD, which hath shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee.  O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
Ps. 118:26-29

Have a beautiful week, enjoy the lovely weather while it is still warm.  I have decided, that I am looking forward to Christmas coming.  It has come upon us very quickly it seems!  It was just spring!  I don't know where my summer has gone.  Many wonderful things, good friendships, many photo shoots, lots of hard work, corn and flowers!  I am still having dreams (or should I say nightmares,  markets can be a scary thing!) of corn and lettuce.  I dream in yellow and green.  :P  But, I am surprised to say,  I am looking forward to next season!  I am counting down the months till flower markets!  I can't wait!  :)  Flowers are a joy to be around all day, and such lovely customers.  I have been greatly blessed this summer!  Praise be to Jesus!
So anywho, I am  getting excited about Christmas!  I'm looking forward to cozy days sipping hot cider, after a morning in the snow.  Christmas lights.  Shopping with Christmas music playing in the background.  Running from store to store trying not to get blown away!  Nights that are so bright they are like day from the moon reflecting on the snow.  Making pressies.  Baking and eating lots (and lots) of cookies!  Apple pies....scarfs...decorating the house.....spiced smells.....winter boots...cleaning off my car every morning..(wait, that's something i don't enjoy so much..)..just so many things!!!   sigh,...... it will be bliss...:)

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
Ps. 23:2
